Each BOC Cryospeed Sales and Service Operator manages the cryogenic gas requirements of customers within a certain geographical area.

Having agreed an initally delivery schedule taking into account:

• usage
• storage capabity

They will also regularly discuss any changes in your business requirements to ensure you have the product there when you need it most.

They will also:

• Advise you on the most suitable cryogenic equipment for your process
• Carry out detailed vessel checks before each fill
• Complete planned maintenance as per PSSR 2000 (for BOC rented vessels)
• Offer planned maintenance as per PSSR 2000 (for customer owned vessels)
• Provide technical advice relevant to the use of the product in your process.
