It is important to consider the correct storage location for cryogenic pressurised vessels and open neck dewars.

It is recommended that all pressurised vessels and open dewars be stored in a well ventilated area, ideally outside in a secure area.

If the vessel or dewar is stored inside without a suitable vent piped to outside, there is a potential risk of oxygen depletion depending on on the amount of liquid stored, the type of storage and where it is stored.
